Distance Selling Agreement

1. Parties

This Agreement is established between VIBV (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") who purchases products through the website.

Buyer Information: The information provided by the customer during checkout and registration on the website shall be taken as the basis.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the consumer protection regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer electronically from the website of the Seller.

3. Product and Order Information

The type, quantity, brand, model, color, and sales price including all taxes of the products are as stated in the order summary at checkout and sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.

4. General Provisions

The Buyer declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product on the website and given the necessary confirmation electronically.

The Seller is responsible for delivering the product subject to the Agreement intact, complete, and with the operating instructions and warranty documents if applicable.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery time is 3 business days for buyers located within Turkey, and 7 business days for international buyers. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance procedures or carrier issues.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract and return the product within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and items bought on final sale are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected by the Seller, an email will be sent to notify the Buyer. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

7. Resolution of Disputes

In the implementation of this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the Buyer or Seller are authorized up to the value declared by the authorities.
