1. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship both domestically and worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance processes or carrier issues.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
VIBV is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
2. Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at yankierisqin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
